Landscape from the Ashes of Phocion (tribute too Poussin)

I hope the viewers will feel like is in front of a landscape from another planet. I chose macro photography because i wanted the viewer to be able to see the many subtilities and texture. I read that texture is the only way for military pilots to be able to identify at very fast speed the landscape. I'm very fascinated by those fabricated space images like those monochrome views is the last image taken by the imaging cameras on NASA's Cassini spacecraft.
