Mixed feelings

Concept Mixed emotions are the result of the artist Svetlana Rezvaya's many studies. The artist has delved into how human emotions combined with personal emotions can be projected on the screen. This is a metaphysical, abstract way of exploring what we might call the human soul. As an element in the composition, Rezvaya uses human figures combined with masks. Colors play a big role when she describes emotions and the interplay between them on the canvas. White, red and black are important in many cultures. The colors express emotion, emotion and energy in the figures and form an artistic expression. Red describes passion, black symbolizes ignorance, rudeness and evil. White is pure and beautiful - it is goodness.
