The 4 elements - second series

In this second series I wanted to represent the four elements (fire, earth, air, water) painting abstract flower pots to celebrate spring. The flower is symbol of life and is nourished by the elements; from the water, from the earth, from the heat of the sun (fire) and from the air. In the Pythagorean symbology the 4 elements are represented by the geometric figure of the equilateral triangle and for this reason by simplifying the painted figures it can be seen how I have stylized these abstract flower pots following this shape. Painting the canvases with the wooden cross frame it is possible to bring out this sign with which I wanted to represent the intervention of the God's hand in the creation of the 4 elements.
