Play Space

(2023-Present) My newest series, Play Space, explores the concept of birds at play. Lightweight and aloft, birds interact with shapes floating across the surface in spacious, minimal works. Growing up around birds, I observed their playfulness up close. Scientists have observed how various species of birds love to play with bits of string or paper scraps. I hope this series inspires us to choose simplicity and balance with nature for the benefit of all.
