Floral Collection

I started painting flowers earlier this spring, 2017. One painting manifested into a series of gardens and I have been going ever since with these dreamy colorful abstract floral pieces. Mother Nature fascinates me, she inspires me the most in my work. I am amazed by the mysterious patterns and rich color that flowers present to the environment. I paint the flowers on canvas intuitively us a brush or use my fingertips. The painting comes alive with from what I feel to be an unconscious feminine realm I have been exploring with fluid acrylics, tissue paper, and gold leaf pen.
