I want to celebrate the time when we immerse ourselves deeply in nature and discover there’s more to it than what we notice at first sight. Different realities, emotions, and feelings around us, more complex, intense, full of possibilities. My hope with the use of collage and layers of colors, textures, marks, is to translate these different dimensions on the surface of the painting so that we can have a tangible experience of them, or a way to visualize this concept of reality.
