hidden Energies

'Hidden Energies' shows how nature, at this moment in time deeply violated, can reveal itself in all its strength and glory in ways that are both unexpected and unusual. It does this by painting on my photographs after they were deposited in a subterranean chamber (discovered by chance at a depth of about 10 metres) thanks to the powerful alchemy of stone, air, water and light. The life force of nature thus yields up a portion of the world that was previously concealed, showing us, from an exclusive and privileged perspective, the hidden energies that fill our daily existence, rich in mystery and not always visible, here revealed in a new manifestation composed of signs, forms and colours that were previously unseen.
