NYSTAGMUS

Our latest series "NYSTAGMUS": a face-to-face encounter between the viewer and our work. Is it a work of art? What is a work of art? Can everything be Art? What if it was the gaze that legitimised the status of a work of art? The gaze of the critic, the gallery owner, the curator, the viewer, the collector, ... We cannot bring ourselves to think that everything is only speculation, even if the air of time strongly encourages it. "NYSTAGMUS" was born from a serious physical and moral suffering that really changed J.-Marc's daily life, the disease making him perpetually see the same image in duplicate, a shifted vision of things that opened the reflection on this artistic series... or not. The choice is yours!
