Lighthouse

The drawings presented here are part of a monothematic open series entitled "The Lighthouse Project", in which he represents lighthouses. They are inked on paper. Before being inked, each lighthouse was designed as if it might one day be built but none are meant to shed light that illuminates. Each of them is for me a landing place, a safe port, a response to the suffering and insecurities of those who cross the sea in search of a safe place.
