Evolving out of an ancient folk tale, the artist carries out a research where she blends old rituals, talismans, verses, and descriptions by asking if painting as a form of art in Anatolia is a medium for love, a representation for beauty, or a substitute for the beautiful. Setting out for the possibility in the relevant folk tale where not only the beautiful, but the painting of the beautiful could also be fallen in love with, the artist makes her audience question themselves, and such issues, through her illustrations from a non-physical perspective which seek an answer to the question if this love is the love as we know it, or just a charm that penetrated the painting.
