Creation

The study of creation is of great interest to me personally. I have dissected, studied and taught on the topic. Many artists have done a great job depicting this topic. My version combines digital and brush work. I began each of the days with images of things created on that day according to Genesis chapter one. I then manipulated and distorted until just the essence of the colors remained. Layers of scanned brush strokes where then added. Finally, I printed the completed pieces on canvas and added texture and glass beads to complete the work.
