Contemporary Goddesses

In my series of Contemporary Goddesses I try to rescue a more modern version of ancestral goddesses such as Pachamama (Mother Earth) or Venus for their environmental and feminist attributes, as well as turning contemporary activists who protect the earth, activists for equal rights, among others, into goddesses. I consider them "goddesses" because of their importance as "ideals of humanity, environmental protection and feminism", necessary for our contemporary world.
