ICED

In February last winter, the cold has frozen the surface of a lake in the south of Vienna. Fascinating how the patterns of the thick ice vary, due to the wind, temperature and the conditions below the ice. Leaves, branches, plants, and traces of ice-skates take part in this surprising scenery which will only last for quite a short time. Even more, a reason to freeze such astonishing beauty, and to emphasize the abstract note.
