We’re so occupied in disguising ourselves to be socially accepted that we forget who we really are.
What do we really feel? Why can’t we accept ourselves as we are? Why are we unhappy and eternally unsatisfied?
These are the questions and starting point for this project.
Being aware of your feelings, understand and control them is the first step to happier living.
Only through the acceptance of who you are and building a self-compassion and caring relationship with yourself , you can live emotionally free and without unnecessary negative baggage.
