The Residue Series

The Residue Series is a photography project that started in 2015 and is continuously running ever since. It’s a portfolio of photo’s taken on all kinds of moments and occasions. The random shapes and shades, that can be found left behind on three star dinner plates, family life baking trays or any other cooking surfaces, are captured as visual fixation of time gone by. Hardly recognisable anymore by their enlarged format and their high gloss epoxy resin, these ‘culinary landscapes’ have become art works in their own right.
