Swimmers Taking the Plunge

My study of the figure in water is represented by these selected images from the "Swimmer Series". What has interested me is expressing the joy in the gesture of a figure in water, as well as the distortion of the figure caused by the refracted light and color allowing a new perspective to the integration of figure and the water environment. Included in this series are some subject related images of figures on the beach.
