Synesthesia

The Synesthesia collection is inspired by contemporary dance. I explored how an internal sensation of movement can transform into a line drawing, texture, and ultimately, a print. All the artworks are printed on various types of Chinese handmade paper using a traditional Chinese woodblock printing technique.
