The 'Inter' Series

My practice considers elements of science and logic and conjoins these with a thirty year interest in meditation and Taoist philosophy. This new series of work transcends the usual rigid parameters and static nature of a painting. The sum of all its parts are interchangeable and the parts are equally as important as the whole. The paintings as well as being individual artworks, are also capable of conversing and cross-breeding with others from the series (see profile painting). Each whole can be reconfigured into billions of combinations.
