The Figure Today

This collection presents work that puts a contemporary twist on the figurative explorations. I often pay attention to the quality of line, paint application and the division of space when adding pieces to my collection. I really enjoy when artists create non-literal shapes to communicate the human body in all of its beauty or ugliness.
