The Iberia Series

The Iberia Series is inspired by the picturesque sights of Spain and Portugal. I used small balconies as stages, placing lovers in embraces that narrate their stories of love. In some pieces, I incorporated the aesthetics of Portuguese tiles into the designs of stockings or gloves. In this series, I began exploring slightly larger formats, continuing with Chinese woodcut techniques while integrating ink drawing, painting, and pencil drawing.
