The Wordless Thought that Comes from Looking in a Fire.

In these works, I capture the feeling of watching a fire using a visual analogy. Though the dark forms do not have the same form as a fire, they do elicit similar emotional responses -- a feeling of ancient, sublime unity mixed with a cold, surrounding darkness.
