Xiao Ying's Artworks

Xiao Ying, born in Nanchang Jiangxi China in 1977, graduated from Art and Design College of Nanchang University and completed theoretical and practical training class of Tempera under the guidance of Doctor Julita in Louvre France and then got further training on material art and European Tempera in Central Academy of Fine Arts. Xiao Ying’s artworks of mixed media on paper, blended with the technique of delineating and dyeing in traditional Chinese elaborate-style painting, express the artist’s subjective emotions in simple compositions. She integrates Eastern elements and her artistic concepts in her works to convey her care for nature and wish for simplicity.
