About The Artwork
Several years ago I read an article how people in poor villages in Africa were forced to wash and reuse bandages. These bandages further spread disease. Not knowing how to rectify or help, I decided to illustrate this horror with art. A few months later an addendum was printed about American companies donating new bandages and supplies to these villages. Americans are generous and often come to the aid of less fortunate people. I was grateful to read the positive results to this problem.
