Margot G. Delhomme is a French visual artist based in Aix-en-Provence and a member of the Association du Déstructuralisme Figuratifs. Her work explores the fine line between figuration and deconstruction — where form resists disappearance and matter becomes memory. Trained in visual arts and holding a Diploma in Graphic Design, she draws from her background in composition, rhythm, and color to create layered works that balance control and intuition. Her art moves between figurative collage and deconstructed composition, seeking not representation but resonance — a visual echo of emotion and silence. In 2010, under the name Gunta Vītoliņa, she published the children’s book “Bērnu grims ballītēm un karnevāliem” (Make-Up for Children, Parties and Carnivals), with Jumava Publishing in Latvia (ISBN 978-9984-388-403). The project combined her illustrations, make-up concepts, and handcrafted accessories — an early expression of her poetic and visual sensibility. She is now writing and illustrating a book of poems, while developing a new series that will lead to her solo exhibition in Aix-en-Provence in 2026. My creative inspiration is deeply influenced by the works of Yorozu Tetsugoro, Picasso, and Robert Rauschenberg.
