Flowers Artwork

These images I call street flowers as they were taken from the street looking into someone ‘s front garden. I saw them whilst walking down the road and immediately rushed back home to get my camera. The sprawling mass of white flowers seized my attention immediately and I knew they would be good for my practice. They promote a sense of chaotic vegetation that has become its own natural expression of beauty and demented growth. They grow wild, out of control and spread themselves across the landscape crawling into every space, throwing out their shoots in all directions taking over the sky claiming the world, resting in the shadows.
