They are embellished with acrylic paint, some of which glows in the dark and are numbers and signed on the back. All my work is chronic illness and mental health art. My art is a whimsical approach to a topic that could be considered uncomfortable in order to make a connection to those who don’t have a chronic illness so they might understand some of the challenges faced by those who do.
