Winter Artwork - Limited Edition of 20

Winter - I evolved this technique for the Seasons series when trying to digitally draw the Cosmati pavement in Westminster Abbey. Unlike Italian Cosmati pavements this one uses Purbeck ‘marble’ as a matric - Purbeck Marble is not a metamorphic rock, like a true marble, but is so-called because it can take a fine polish – I think I live on the site of the old quarry where it came from!
