My passion for communism, along with feminism, free education, free healthcare, and other politics inspired the work. I hope the viewers will think/feel that even though, sadly, communism can be abused (and Stalin, Mao Zedong, the Kim family and even Fidel Castro had already abused it), capitalism is worse because capitalism promotes greed and materialistic wealth more than communism does. I chose the medium, style and subject matter because they all let this artwork stand out. Also, another reason why I did this artwork is because I am (and have long since been) disillusioned by capitalism due to the fact that capitalism promotes greed, corporations, air pollution, unrealistic expectations, dehumanization, commercialization and even materialistic wealth, so this is why I turned to communism and even decided to do this artwork. The physical texture is smooth paper, which I used as a canvas. Hanging hardware may be included. The quality of materials is decent.
