An Underwater Lover: Drawing

The wind brushed his caramel hair back as he sailed forth into the deepest parts of the Sea of Pearls. His small ship was enchanted to sail by itself so he sat by the deck and enjoyed the view. Then the magical boat stopped and he knew he’d reached his destination. The Human Master Wizard Lucius gave himself a somewhat hopeful smile as he hoped he was closer to his search. Two years ago Lucius was in a terrible shipwreck in these parts of the ocean and he was saved by a Sea Folk. He doesn’t remember much, but his comeliness was celestial, his built out of this world and his voice a melodious symphony for the soul. The creature gave him a kiss so that he could breath underwater, but he also gave him something else, it was unbound love and Lucius found himself unable to live without the love of his savior. As soon as he was better he sought the mysterious creature, but he never came close to finding him. Then a week ago, he went to the Oracles of Saran Bran and they told him what he needed to do. And here he was eager to meet his mysterious lover. He undid whatever magic had powered the boat and dispelled every magic upon him. Then he took a deep breath and dove into the calm waters. He dove down and down and down until it was all dark. Holding his breath, he looked around in the depths, but there was nothing. His chest hurt as he was in need of air, but he didn’t falter. He dove further down until there was no more air in his lungs. Lucius had a timid smile upon his face as he was passing out. “Lucius.” He heard. He turned with whatever strength he had and right before him he saw his mysterious savior, floating in the current. His enormous amber eyes refreshing him, his coconut tasting lips bringing him back to life. “Why are you here?” he asked, his eyes surprised and amazed. Lucius simply held tight to his body. “I haven’t been able to think about anything else, but you, since you saved me.” The Sea Elf smiled and gave him another kiss, “I too had been so beset. But is it truly you? I have sought high and low and found many an Elf and Man, but never have I happened upon you.” Lucius’ eyes welled with tears and hugged him again. Then he said, “Then I will never leave your side.” The Sea Elf hugged him dearly and then Lucius asked with a smile, “Funny thing is I don’t even know your name.” The Sea Elf kissed him yet again, as when you can’t stop kissing a person, and replied, “My name is Thobolor.” Lucius dug his eyes upon his and they made love for the most part of the day and then he introduced Lucius to his own lover Miragnor and the three of them lived happily ever after.
