Victor Campos was born in Barcelona in 1976. He has been interested in the arts and drawing for twenty years but he also has a keen interest in everything related to music and nature. He is a self taught artist, his desire to express himself through drawings was always present. Victor's works are inspired by the universe of forms that are identical to the forces of life. "For me, creativity is to accept the unknown, welcoming linear forms and, as an essential basis, the use of color. Believing that the result will be more beautiful than what I had originally planned in the sketches". His drawings and color paints are mainly abstract, they allow him to explore his expressive power and inner needs, always creating and combining new forms and integrating with each other, what it means to be able to be and live together. A constant search for balance and beauty traces the path to reach, as far as possible, the harmony and fulfilment. Victor draws or paints with colored pencils and soft pastel on paper, using rulers and molds to guide him with intuition and imagination. In most of the artworks he uses his fingers as a tool to be able to capture the effect that the blurred/diffusion technique gives him.
