"Antipodes, balance, walk on the golden line" this project is a self-exploring, It was started during one of the trips on Carpathians mountains (where I really like to go with my wife and daughter), after which, during each subsequent trip, I took with me materials for the continuation. Each project work is my abstract vision of a particular location. I use geographic coordinates for titles to indicate the places where the work was created or started. I experiment with the material, observe the process, in the process I can apply several layers of paint, fold, unfold, tear. I love when interferes with the environment (rain, wind).
This is a draft of the balance of opposites and values, a certain "golden" way.

Glib Franko was born in Ukraine. Painting is the main genre of Franko’s creativity as it brings him some aesthetic pleasure. He likes to test out different colours and textures and shapes, improvise and enjoys this process. His work is fragmentary and experimental giving him the freedom to paint what he wants with no boundaries or limitations. Franko is an artist who is very comfortable in painting space, his work exudes with colour and free space, without intertwined objects of symbolism, allowing the viewer to notice the smallest picturesque improvisations. In Glib’s work, subjectivity is placed at the centre of his work and adds a mysterious, ambiguous layer to his art. Glib Franko has been solidifying his artistic recognition in his home country, taking part in numerous exhibitions such as ARTLEVEL design festival and the Open Art Fair at the Contemporary Art Center. He is seeking to expand his international reach which he is well on his way to achieving.
