Location Greece Bio My name is Artemis Lazari, and I have graduated from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki,from the department of English language and literature with a very good grade.Thus I am specialised in teaching English . During my studenthood I used to receive exceptionals at the end of the courses.As regards English,I also possess the first certificate of language knowledge from Cambridge University.ln 2007-2008 l worked as a teacher of English in a Greek evening language school, teaching to all levels (from elementary to proficiency level).l could also teach Εnglish for specific purposes as l have attended a relevant course at university. .In 2010 l completed my masters in English Phonetics and Phonology at UCL next to well known professors. l can also teach Greek since my certificate from high school with exceptionals in modern and ancient Greek specifies it.Furthermore from 2008-2010 l taught at the Greek schools of saint John and saint Varnavas in northern London,as well as at the Cactus language Centre at Piccadilly, something which has enhanched my experience. In 2010 l also attended acting courses at Saint Martin's college which helped me discover a new talent and love of my life. From 2010 till now, I am teaching English (elementary to proficiency level) in a local evening language centre. I also teach English at the Institute of Professional Education of Preveza at the faculties of Hotel Assistants and Marine Engineers. Moreover I teach Acounting English Terminology at the Technological Institute of Education for Acountants in Preveza. In 2011 I began my phd research in the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in the field of Phonetics. My research title is: "AN ACOUSTIC ANALYSIS OF VOWEL PRODUCTION IN THE WEST GREEK DIALECT OF PREVEZA: A SOCIOPHONETIC APPROACH". As a child and teenager I had also been very keen on sports.As a result I was occupied with swimming for 10 years (1992-2002)at a professional level having won at several races in a local level.At about the same season I attended classical ballet lessons for 3 years having taken place to performances as well.I was also a member of the female basketball team of Preveza for 4 years(1995-1999). Since my childhood I never stopped sporting, following various hard work out programs such as power aerobics, power yoga, power plate, tae bo, steps, weights, swimming, walking and running in nature.
