ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Portrait of Winston Churchill – 2018 I always wanted to watch that movie Darkest Hour , but was not able to find a time for it. In 2018 I read an article in newspaper presented by Andrew Roberts. This really pushed and forced me to go to cinema and watch that movie. Eventually I did it and when I came back home, I started to draw that portrait of Churchill under inspiration of play of Garry Oldman. I was so impressed that I finished that artwork before sunrise. It came out as a statement, sort of call – to all, who are trying to criticise this WW1 Hero. In my opinion, Churchill is an axiom in history and politics, same as the Newton in Physics.
