ABOUT THE ARTWORK
After a successful drug bust, the police spread the dope, guns and cash on the table for the press to take pictures. When there is no press around they do the same thing only they add the dog that found the loot into the shot. These shots are then posted online and shared with other police with drug sniffing dogs. I take these images, trace them to make an outline and then color them in with Crayola crayons. It is my own handmade coloring book of a rarely seen slice of american life that just happens to involve super cute puppies. These images are on 9x12" paper. The colored part is aprox 6X8".
