In Motion XIX Drawing

This project aims to reflect on the concept of transition, the transition from one place or state to another. The mountains are a good example of this change, from the geological aspects of their formation, to how our attitude towards them have changed over time. In the past, the mountains remained under the concept of "deformities", as they were useless for agriculture and supposed hazards to man. Over time the concept changed and mountains became objects of the highest aesthetic admiration. Telluric Traces explores, in a very personal way, the intrinsic relationship we have with the land and its processes. In this case, the drawing becomes a meditative practice, repeating each line, the vestiges of time, something that was and is there no more.
