Pinnacles Drawing

Roman Vadimovich Sokolov. A Russian village based artist, keen on psychedelic and abstract drawing. I started drawing in about the year 2005, when I went to an art university in Moscow. Unfortunately I had to quit on the year of my diploma as I got seriously Ill with schizophrenia and I had to start my permanent home based lifestyle in Moscow. Later me and my family moved to a village not far away from the city. For about ten years I had really slow progress because of a heavy depression. Not long ago I at last got the right type of medication and got the chance to become stronger and more energetic. Nower days I try to work everyday and little by little my picture collection is growing, the style is developing and I feel like Im ready to share my view with you people. My works may look completely abstract at first. Like a simple antistress doodle. But at a longer look you may start to meet transcendental creatures and appliances of alian origins. I am a mystic and I believe these fellas and their technology appear on paper as a print of my unconscious feel touching their hidden worlds. So Its kind of messages from deep space and parallel universes. As a medium I prefer alcohol based markers and thick glance paper. It gives the right flow speed and feels like antistress to me.
