Inspired by the 80s manga "Saint Seiya - Knights of the Zodiac" by Masami Kurumada this painting is part of the "12 Golden Knights" by my partner, Esteban Finn Skogh. Drawn with Pencil, Pen, and Marker. Painted with Ink for the golden effect. Esteban is a sculptor specializing in Bronze and a Goldsmith working on futuristic Haute Couture fashion and jewelry. Currently, residing in the Blue Coast south of France due to his work, he has had multiple projects exhibited in the 'Musee des Invalides' (Museums of Arms) in Paris, one of the biggest museums in France. Thanks to over 10 years of perfecting his work he has managed to finish a quantity of small projects that have been appraised and supported by the Direction of Hermes in Paris, France. We are both intrigued, fascinated and inspired by Greek mythology, Astrology, and multiple cultures around the world, and we hope these paintings hit home to other astrology and mythology lovers.

France
Hello: my name is Ximena; Esteban Finn Skogh's partner in crime. Esteban Finn Skogh is a French sculptor born in Leónes and Florentine born in Nice on July 29, 1978. At the age of 5, he began to show his first signs of talent for art. Sadly he also began to show Symptoms of a double personality, an oscillation between shadows and light that will become a key element in his artistic process. He grew up immersed in pop culture of the 80s / 90s. Educated by his mother, passionate about history, mythology and classical music, she enlarged her world. As he grew, he wished to enter an art school/academy, but unfortunately due to rough times and not having the money to enroll into a good school, his mother sent him off to a vocational school to learn to sculpt and cabinetmaking and carpentry. After studying, he decided to live in the mountains alone in a village with rough weather conditions to confront the elements of nature. For years, he studied alone the ways of goldsmith and sculpture making in order to make the perfect crowns and armors. In 2009, he sold a large portion of his personal belongings to finance his project of the Gold Saint helmets where he succeeded later constructing the Capricorn and Cancer crowns. In 2015, Esteban contacted Hermes to present his work and hoping to find the necessary financial support to continue his creative project. Although his work was not accepted in the patronage projects supported by the Hermes foundation, he was received and supported by the Director of Cultural Heritage of Hermes in Paris, where they were dazzled by the finesse of his polishing techniques. The management offered him to put his talents at the service of Hermes, but Esteban politely refused the generous offer in order to continue his projects. This unwavering desire to follow his artistic journey is the essence of his career. To bring alone a project of this scale to ask our artists a great strength of character and a lot of self-denial. Towards the end of 2017, he will create 3 new sculptures. One of them will be received in 2018 in one of the most renowned National Museum of France, invalids in Paris. For the year 2019, Esteban set a goal: to create the first pieces of the first complete armor.
