Havig roots it's one of the questions of my entire art creation. What does it mean? Why do we need to have roots? My opinion is that our roots are connected to our memory. We build our roots during the entire life, in different living places. In that sens Nicolas Bourriaud is talking abour "radicant" plants that are able to create new roots all the way of the groving like ivies. It means that our cultural bagage is not only connected to the place we were born, but also connectected to all places we lived in our entire life.
