About The Artwork
It was a time of hard lockdown in Russia and the world in the spring of 2019. We worked and studied from home. My favorite shoes were under house arrest with me. So they became the model for my still life. My favorite boots size 39. Comfortable as slippers, reliable as tanks. The shoe still life shows my weakness for the most important part of the wardrobe. A favorite pair of shoes is worthy of becoming a part of art. Black and white pencil graphics are perfect for any interior. Born in Russia in 1977. I am a professional artist, illustrator, and graphic designer with over 15 years of experience in art and design. I graduated from Ural State University of Architecture and Art at the Faculty of Graphic Design.I have a bachelor's degree in design art. Now I am improving my qualifications in academic painting at the Portrait School. The symbiosis of professions expanded my possibilities as an artist. My arsenal is digital, graphics, academic drawing, and painting. The subjects of my work are varied: Plein air sketches, graphic experiments, still lifes, and portraits. Simple everyday things and situations inspire me — "Beauty hides in simplicity". What do I want to tell with my creativity? Probably that — I am... that I am a part of this world. Through my artworks, I want to create invisible threads with other people, find a response in their hearts.
