It is a drawing with graphite pencils on Canson Bristol 250 g/m2 paper. To make this and other drawings, I first make a few sketches based on the first thing that comes to my mind. It is about surrealism, it comes from the subconscious. Once I find an image that I like, I develop it into a sketch. Then I take the idea to a final drawing.

Miguel Rojas, a contemporary Spanish artist, has woven a rich and diverse tapestry throughout his artistic journey. His path has been marked by an unwavering commitment to his craft and a continuous exploration of diverse artistic avenues. Miguel's artistic education took him through the hallowed halls of the Imaginary Arts Workshop, where he honed his skills and nurtured his creative spirit. In addition to his formal art training, he delved into the realm of photography, mastering the craft and serving as a photo lab technician, which added a new dimension to his artistic prowess. His artistic endeavors have seen him participate in exhibitions at fairs, galleries, and private collections, interacting with audiences from diverse walks of life. Notably, Miguel Rojas was part of the esteemed group of painters known as the "Count of Barajas" in Madrid, a platform that allowed him to further hone his artistic vision and connect with other artists. Miguel's artistic journey has taken him to the “Artists' Market Fair” at Madrid's Atocha station, where he has attended and exhibited on multiple occasions. This vibrant and eclectic artistic gathering provided him with valuable exposure and opportunities to share his work with a wider audience. Throughout his career, Miguel Rojas has gone through different artistic phases, from realism to abstraction, from surrealism to naivete. However, it is in his current artistic stage that he has truly become someone who stands out. His style has evolved to become very personal and figurative, characterized by dreamlike elements that capture the essence of his imaginative spirit.
