This drawing is a profound embodiment of art and history. It depicts the Svyatogorsk Lavra, a symbol of faith and spirituality, yet destroyed during the war. This portrayal is inspired by the tragic events that have occurred in our world, but it also reflects the strength and resilience of the human spirit. The artist behind this masterpiece is a talented seventeen-year-old artist from the war-torn city of Bahmut. Her creativity is imbued with courage and a deep understanding of the value of cultural heritage. The drawing is done on cardboard using ink. This choice of material adds a special texture and expressiveness to the artwork. With dimensions of 11 by 17 inches, it is compact enough for easy transport and display. This work holds particular significance as it was presented on the 29th of May 2024 to the Office of the President of Ukraine for presentation to a foreign delegation. It serves as a testament to the power and beauty of art, capable of uniting people and overcoming adversity.

Quick contact with me (Kiev time), any questions, suggestions, individual orders: +380660498718 (Viber; Telegram); “Show me which pictures you like and I’ll tell you everything about you.” - my mysterious ability. “Apparently, life decided to roll me into the ground to prepare me for something more.” - the realities of my life in the war since five in the morning on February 24, 2022. "About the truth: “The art market is poor in professionals. The art of painting is a huge science. We are being deceived everywhere, people who do not know the main postulates of the science of painting hide behind theses about “modern”, “abstract” painting. Do not be deceived and do not deceive yourself. Real painting is a rarity that is expensive." - these are my words that I convey to society." My name is Polina Stetsiura, I was born and raised in the Ukrainian city of Bakhmut, in 2006. I started my art path early, at the age of eight I was already studying at the local art school. At the age of twelve, I had already completed my art education, showing a talent for painting (at least I am well appreciated for my age). After graduating from the first art school, I continued my studies with several masters, however, the only city that created me as an artist was the destroyed Russian Federation - Bakhmut. (I'm on Bakhmut news: %d0%b2%d1%96%d0%b4%d0%b4%d1%96%d0%bb%d0%b5%d0%bd%d0%bd%d1%8f/hudozhnye/ ..doc ) Now, I live in the city of Cherkasy and try not to lose heart, but to continue to create and learn.
