I am a visual artist from Pakistan, holding a Bachelor’s degree and also shaped deeply by my journey as a self-taught creator. My practice is rooted in both formal education and personal exploration, allowing me to move freely between technical discipline and emotional instinct. I paint and draw as a way to observe, question, and translate the inner world, especially the psychological states that often remain unspoken or misunderstood. My work focuses on psychological and conceptual themes, exploring emotions such as anxiety, depression, isolation, patience, identity, and the silent struggles people carry within themselves. Rather than simply creating visually pleasing images, I aim to tell stories and provoke thought. Each artwork becomes a space where inner conflicts, suppressed feelings, and human vulnerabilities are given form. I am particularly interested in how society shapes individuals, how pain transforms personality, and how endurance and silence can be both a strength and a burden. Being a self-taught artist has allowed me to develop an intuitive and experimental approach, while my academic background has strengthened my understanding of composition, concept development, and visual language. I often blend realism with surreal or symbolic elements to communicate complex ideas clearly and powerfully. Through my art, I seek to create a connection with viewer, inviting them to reflect on their own experiences, emotions, and psychological realities. Coming from Pakistan, my identity and environment strongly influence my perspective. Cultural expectations, social pressures, and everyday observations subtly find their way into my work, adding layers of meaning and context. Art, for me, is not just a profession or skill, it is a form of expression, healing, and dialogue. I continue to explore new ideas and mediums, with the aim of creating work that is honest, emotionally resonant, and conceptually strong, leaving a lasting impact on those who encounter it.
