Canadian. Artist. Teacher. My name is Reed McCammon, and I have been drawing and painting for most of my life. I now teach visual arts full-time at the high school level in Ontario. I enjoy working with a wide range of mediums including ink, paint, photography and film. The work I am currently developing is focused on the intersection of traditional art-making materials, robotics and artificial intelligence. This series of paintings and illustrations are a cautiously optimistic response to the ongoing, rapid development of advanced technologies that are poised to have a tremendous impact on what it means to create art in the modern world.
