Art gone Installation

I am Irena, Academic artist from Pula, Croatia. Originally, Im from Zagreb, Croatia, where my career started long time ago, in kindergarten, where my kindergarten teacher discovered my art talent and sent my drawing to art exibition "Spektar".My drawing got really noticed and rewarded.After that, it was only logical that I continue my art education, so I went to Private art school in Rokov perivoj, Zagreb, where I ve learned all drawing and painting basics, wich I will later continue in School of Applied Arts and Design, Zagreb , Croatia, and than, after moving into another country, I will continue my art education in Academy of Fine Arts, graphic and painting special, wich was run and blessed by Francisian Catholic Church and recognized croatian professors such as Miroslav Šutej, Vasilije Josip Jordan...Next was my biggest success when I study in USA, New York School of Visual Arts. In 2009. and 2010, I ve worked and learned from best teachers and students all over ther world.That education was rated with SVA Certificate , wich is untill today my biggerst pride.I ve had two exibitions in art studio, wich took me whole month to achieve, but it was well worthed. One of the art critics wich gave me great pleasure to talk with was Jerry Saltz.By staying in New York I was blessed to see and get to learn in MOMA, Metropolitan,Americam museum of Natural History,Solomon r. Guggenheim.. as well as many art galleries in Chelsea, Soho, Hamptons...That is the period where I ve learned the most about art, being artist and being recognized and respected by others. So, as you can see, I ve put lot of love and effort in my education as well as exhibiting, which I will put in description bellow. Also, I have worked as art professor and Visual Arts teacher in many private and state schools, elementary and high schools,My favourite one , and the one I ve enjoyed working so much was United World College in Mostar, BiH. At the moment , I live in beautifull town of Pula, Istra, it s region in Croata, by the sea, wich is full of ancient Roman buildings, famous and well known Arena in Pula, one of the best preserved Roman amphitheathers. You can imagine how cool is for artist to live in such a city! All of my artworks are confirmed by Certificate of the originality and artistic value, according to the law and rights of independent professional artists of Croatia and Croatian Association of Artists, which Im a member from 2004.
