ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Artwork finished by installing layers of Japanese colored hand crafted Japanese paper on a paper panel and painting acrylic on it. Expressed light glittering moment in nature. This blueish artwork images waterside and river surface. Create delicate contrast by lapping layer on layer of very thin hand crafted Japanese paper. What is created by that is the delicate feeling of depth. Japanese colors used are "Nou Kon, the dark blue," "Hanada Iro (color)," and "Mizu Iro, the water color," and so on.

Established Com Arc Ltd on 1985 to produce apparel and interior in Tokyo. On 2013 moved to Kyoto to be engaged to an enterprise on traditional Japanese color tones. On 2016 started column,“Various colors,” on a local paper to introduce a color a day on November. The column is now on 3 local papers. Currently produce “Collage art with traditional Japanese colors” which is on a base of hand crafted Japanese paper with theme as Arashiyama, famous landscape area where I live currently, sticking to unique color tones.
