About The Artwork
This work may be green (vert) because it consists of salvage items, cardboard boxes and newsprint. It also takes the silhouette of KropoTotemkin, both in painting and sculpture. Finally it's a kind of 3D portrait of a great character, a kind of totem, and a play on words with "le grand verre" of Marcel Duchamp. It should be noted that the crate which serves as a base for the cardboard statue is signed #marcelledelacité. (Marcel of the field / Marcelle of the city).
