ABOUT THE ARTWORK
For me, ART means creating something out of nothing. When I was a little boy, I remember reading a story of a poor girl named "Ani" who couldn't afford the material needed to make a school science project. She somehow managed to put together a sculpture made of keys in a junkyard, since that's all she could get and that sculpure jingled so beautifully, that she ended up winning the first prize. When I grew up, this story stuck with me and I had these chopsticks with me and I decided to stick them on a recycled paper to make a Panda. Why Panda you ask? In my mind, I associate Pandas and chopsticks with China and this turned out to be a perfect work of ART.
