1955 Can a vacation lead to cancer or kill? What could be more pleasant than relaxing in a chaise lounge chair with a martini glass looking at the cloud of a nuclear explosion? A very warm and soothing picture, reminiscent of the sun, the beach, casino entertainment, which turned into an early death for thousands of people who visited this attraction. On the signboard we see the word Welcome and an ellipsis, because it is impossible to say exactly where the sign invites you to heaven or hell. It's a collaborative work with photographer Irina Sokolova. The sense of basic security is constantly collapsing under the influence of the media. The current disturbing propaganda has become a trigger for artists and they have expressed their fear through works of art. The combination of photos of their own female body, personifying the Earth, and unrealistically frightening colour elements reflect the cognitive dissonance that the authors have experienced since 2020. On the one hand, the works convey a sense of danger from the presence of an invisible enemy, and on the other, they ridicule the superficial attitude of society to threats that have existed for years.

I have been drawing since childhood, but I lacked classical visual means to express my thoughts. Therefore, I experimented a lot with materials and methods. One of the ways it was fashionable actionism. I have been doing a lot of self-education and contemporary art has always attracted me. I have visited museums of modern art in New York, Amsterdam, Helsinki, Stockholm, Thailand, Berlin, London, and modern art has always found a lively response in my soul. My work is a reflection of my experience in the fashion industry. I did creative shooting acting as a creative producer, designer and model. But there has always been a feeling that reality is not enough and it needs to be improved even more, so I came up with the idea to improve these photos with the help of digital technologies. As a result, the works turned out to be very lively, but at the same time idealized, as if maximally improved.
