I was born into a family that hosted the highly respected, beloved Buddhist teacher Geshe Namgyal Wangchen which set me on a path, not a religious one per se, but definitely spiritual. I'm a creative philosopher who takes a 'scientific route to magic'. I have been writing a column for the international magazine Buddhist Door Global, under "silkalchemy" (Tilly Campbell Allen) since 2016 & now review books for Shambhala publications under Nachaya.
