Daniela has taught art in public and private schools in Massachusetts, New Mexico, and Alabama. Daniela’s paintings are constantly changing. Texture is integral. Painting is a process. She constantly adds and takes away. Daniela takes inspiration from varied landscapes. This becomes her visual voice. She pushes and pulls the paint until the images appear and the feeling is right. This happens over time. For this reason, Daniela’s art is very layered and labored. It is from the heart.
